General Information
Cost
The Cost is $150/hour with a $60/hour travel time from the starting point of my home in Elizabeth, CO. I do not take insurance at this time.
Service Area
I am based in Elizabeth, CO and am excited to see patients in Parker, Castle Rock, Elizabeth, Kiowa and Franktown. I also recognize there is a huge need for care in the eastern Colorado plains. I am willing to travel as far as Limon, CO from the Elizabeth area.
Committment
This can either be a one-time session or ongoing care visits based on the needs of the patient and family. We will work together to create a plan that works best for both parties!
Availability
My availability is Wednesday-Friday to see patients for scheduled appointments.
