Peaceful Presence Concierge Nursing

Services
Please note some nursing tasks can be completed without orders from a doctor or advanced care provider. However, there are some nursing cares do require an order. If it is found orders are required and there are none present, I will coordinate with your primary care provider to obtain necessary orders to assist with patient care needs.
Care Coordination And Patient Advocacy

Navigating the healthcare system can be overwhelming. I can help patients understand the next steps for their care, help coordinate appointments with doctors and ensure things are not getting missed for patient safety. I can also support the patient and family with advocacy during appointments or within the hospital setting to ensure the patient is receiving the care they require.
Wellness Checks

Assessment is at the heart of nursing care. At a wellness check, I will assess a full set of vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, temperature and respiration rate), complete a head-to-toe assessment, assess for safety in the home, and intervene as necessary. Any changes or concerning findings will be relayed to the family and the primary care provider as needed. I have a background in triage nursing as well, which will help guide my decisions while checking in on the patient. Ultimately, this gives peace of mind to the patient and family to know that the patient is receiving the level of care they personally need from a fully qualified nurse.
Wound Care

At Peaceful Concierge Nursing, I provide gentle, skilled wound care designed to promote healing, prevent complications, and bring peace of mind. Whether your wound is the result of surgery, injury, chronic illness, pressure, or a slow-healing condition, you'll receive attentive, personalized care tailored to your unique needs. Services include dressing changes, infection monitoring, gentle cleaning and debridement as appropriate and doctor ordered, and education to help you and your family support healing between visits.
Medication Care Management

I seek to provide attentive medication care management to help you stay safe, supported, and confident with your treatment plan. Whether you're adjusting to new prescriptions, managing multiple medications, or navigating complex dosing schedules, I offer calm, knowledgeable guidance every step of the way. Services include medication review and organization, clarification of provider instructions, monitoring for side effects or interactions, and compassionate support to ensure medications are taken safely and consistently. My goal is to bring peace of mind - for you and your loved ones - by making medication management simple, clear, and stress-free in the comfort of your own home.
Palliative Care and Hospice Support

It can bring peace of mind and comfort to the family to know there is a registered nurse who can assist with managing cares at the end of life, coordinating as needed with doctors and providing educating about what to expect during this journey. As a bedside nurse who has spent a lot of time with patients and families during this transition, I am well equipped to support the family in the home setting to ensure the patient and family receive the care and dignity at the end of their life.
Skilled Nursing Care

Assistance with tube feeding, G tube/peg tube site care, catheter and ostomy care, home PICC care and home post-operative care are all skilled nursing tasks that I can assist with in the home. As stated above, orders will be required for any of these nursing tasks.
Support with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)

As a nurse, I have years of experience helping patients with all aspects of their care, including activities of daily living. If the patient is needing assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming I can certainly assist with all of these activities.
Caregiver Support Hour

I can support caregivers by providing a break from patient care so they can run errands or have their own appointments as needed. It is so important for people taking care of the patient to receive a break so they can come back refreshed and rejuvenated to care for their loved ones.
